SKATEWORLD Skate Center wants you to have a great time, and we strive for it to be a clean and safe one. We are dedicated to providing a wholesome atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

NOTICE: "SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK."

Roller skating is a participation sport. There are certain risks that are associated with the sport of roller skating. When skating, you can fall for many different reasons:

× when you make contact with another skater;

× when you lose your balance due to your own inability to skate;

× due to another skaters' inability to skate.

Because of the normal risks of roller skating and maintaining one's balance, you realize that when you roller skate, you are assuming such risks. We are not responsible for any injuries that we cannot control due to impulse or spontaneous actions of a person, which may cause you to fall.

Every effort is made to keep skaters orderly and provide safety within our control.

POLICIES:

Adult Spectators ONLY. All children 2yrs up to 18yrs must pay an admission fee.

NO refunds.

Management also reserves the right to refuse admittance to individuals or groups.

RENTAL SKATES:

Socks must be worn. NO BARE FEET.

PERSONAL SKATES:

All QUAD skates must have toe stops.

INLINE/ROLLERBLADE skates must have smooth flat nuts and clean wheels.

SAFETY:

NO skates are to be worn when entering rink and no skates are to be worn when leaving rink.

NO IN & OUT privileges. Once you leave the building, you must leave the property.

NO reckless skating. NO tag or chase anywhere in the building.

DO NOT CARRY children while on skates.

CONDUCT: Foul Language, Intoxication of any form and Fighting are NOT allowed.

TOBACCO PRODUCTS:

No tobacco products permitted in the building or bathrooms.

No SMOKING within 100 feet of any & all entry doors.

FOOD & DRINKS:

OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

No food or drinks are to be taken on the skating floor or placed on the walls near the skating floor.

DRESS CODE:

NO exposed cleavage, bare shoulders or bare midriff.

NO exposed undergarments.

NO short shorts or holes in pants above the knees.

NO apparel with offensive writing or graphics. (Management reserves the right to decide.)
